Where is my data? On your Mac only, in a folder you choose, encrypted at rest. Talekeep has no servers and no account.
I forgot my passphrase. If you chose passphrase protection, use your saved recovery code. Without either, the archive can’t be recovered — by design, because the key is never sent to us.
How do I connect Telegram? You provide your own Telegram api_id / api_hash (from my.telegram.org) and sign in; credentials are stored in your macOS Keychain and sent only to Telegram.
